We are seeking self-motivated Mental health care assistant in the West Midlands area for permanent and temporary contracts.

Full and Part time hours available.
You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients and your daily tasks as a health care will include assisting service users with personal care, daily activities and leading a more fulfilled life.
Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Candidates should also be caring, compassionate, empathetic, and familiar with how to observe, monitor and record patients’ physical/mental changes.

Minimum Requirements:
Applicants should have previous experience working in a mental health setting and be confident following health and safety regulations, thinking on their feet and working independently as well as within a team.
You must have the right to work within the UK
You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
A warm, compassionate, and personable nature with the ability to work with patience, tact and understanding.
